Pre-bids

1973 Citroen DS23 Series 3 Pallas

Strong points

  • Less than 57,000 km since new
  • Roadworthiness test valid until December 2026
  • Old restoration in a sought-after colour
  • Only four registered owners
  • Well maintained car with lots of history

The plus

The DS23 Pallas represented the ultimate culmination of a great idea: to design a car that broke with convention and achieved excellence. These more recent, luxurious models with the 2.3L engine are excellent modern classics, capable of keeping up with the pace of traffic while offering exceptional comfort over long distances.

Travelling in this beautiful 1973 car, you can also appreciate the finish and exquisite detailing typical of Citroën. Restored some 20 years ago, it is now offered in a popular metallic bronze colour, with a beige cloth interior. It is believed to have covered less than 57,000 km since new and appears to be well preserved.

The vendor informs us that the car has only had four registered owners since new and is being sold with a good history. The MOT is valid until December 2026. There is one minor mechanical problem, but apart from that this is a very good example of this much-loved saloon.
