The Appeal
The Saab 96 V4 is a unique piece of automotive history - evocative and eccentric throughout, these beloved cars gained curious eyes and quite some renown for their distinctive design and the robust V4 engine driving the front wheels. They became immediate hits on the rally circuit, and are still highly cherished today.
This 1972 model has been well maintained and thoroughly inspected - leading to a highly evocative period colour scheme, and an extensive schedule of mechanical work carried out since November 2023. With all of that completed, we're not only faced by a rare car - but perhaps one of the finest examples on the road.
The History and Paperwork
- Registered in 1972
- Has had 4 previous registered keepers and was stored for a period by the last owner
- Purchased in November 2023 as a winter project
- All MOT certificates dating back to 2004, the original handbook, and various other pieces of history are available

The Condition
