The Plus

The MG B GT was one of the last evolutions of the legendary British sports car. Announced at the end of 1965, the GT aimed to add a little more practicality to the roadster by increasing its capacity. The two extra rear seats were tiny to say the least, but they could at least fold down to form a larger luggage platform. The whole thing was wrapped up in a very elegant tailgate to make it even more attractive.

This 1972 MG GT looks good, with a beautiful red paint job and proportions as impressive as ever. The car is registered and will not undergo a new roadworthiness test until January 2025. It appears to be in perfect condition and we are sure that any enthusiast will see this as a great opportunity.

The bodywork is in good condition, with no dents or scratches.
The paintwork appears to be in good condition and still retains a nice shine
Rallye appliques provide a stylish racing look to the car's appearance
Some wear under the bumpers and around the rocker panels
Fitted with a set of spoked wheels
The underside of the car is clean and well maintained
The interior appears to be in good condition
The dashboard is clean and well maintained
The instruments are all clean and legible

The mechanics

1.8-litre engine
4-speed manual transmission with overdrive
The engine compartment appears to be in very good condition
A compression test was carried out and can be seen in the photos.
The seller informs us that this MG BGT is in very good condition, with no work required.
