The Appeal

It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a garage packed to the rafters with Ferraris and Rolls-Royces, you should still find room for an MGB. There really is no substitute for a proper British roadster and we’re pleased to report that we’ve found a really good one…
This 1972 MGB is a very handsome example, benefiting from a great deal of servicing and new components over the years. During present ownership, it’s been garaged and the vendor has entrusted a local MG specialist with regular maintenance, ensuring it’s always ready to take out and enjoy. Notable new parts include the folding roof, (including its frame), a fresh set of chromed wire wheels, a wood-rimmed sports steering wheel and new sill kick plates. The engine was replaced with a highly-regarded Gold Seal unit in around 2011 and this has since given approximately 10,000 miles of trouble-fre motoring.
The vendor comments that the MG drives very well, is easy to maintain and looks fantastic. What’s not to love?
