The Appeal

The Tipo 105 Alfa Romeo Giulia saloon was aimed at a new sort of buyer who emerged during the 1960s. Combining four-door practicality with one of the best-engineered drivetrains and chassis of any four-cylinder sports car, the Giulia saloon was the sort of car young, affluent Italians could use every day. A glorious twin-cam engine, five-speed manual gearbox and all-round disc brakes earned the Giulia a reputation for sublime driving characteristics, and it's still often cited in any discussion around the best "driver's cars" of all time.

The 1972 Giulia 1300 Super has been cherished by its current owner since 2005. With only 39,139 kilometres on the odometer, which may well be accurate based on its enviable preservation, it presents a rare opportunity to own a lovely example of this iconic model.
