The Appeal
For decades, the plucky little Fiat 500 has been a fixture of Italian motoring. With nearly four million produced, it’s no wonder that the familiar chatter of the legendary little car is still a familiar one at meets and shows, supported by their simple mechanics and easy-going, easily-customised nature.
This example, one of the (slightly) more luxurious Lusso models, was subject to a comprehensive restoration in 2011 and now comes to us with the engine working at a higher capacity. It’s in fine working order, carries an ASI registration and - for a little extra fun factor - has an air-horn installed alongside its usual unit.
