The Appeal
The E-Type Series 2 has consolidated the many changes introduced to the model over the years, resulting in a more luxurious car. Enthusiasts appreciate these newer cars for the way they drive. It was also the last original design, built for just two years, rarer than earlier or later versions.
Finished in factory Willow Green with beige leather interior, this well-travelled car began life in Nebraska but now resides in France. Maintained by enthusiasts - just look at this series of bumper badges - and in excellent condition, this car with matching numbers looks ready to be enjoyed.

Condition
- The rare and beautiful Willow green paintwork is factory correct and presents very well
- Well maintained car with some signs of use, but none that are significant or of concern
- The car wears a light patina of age which arguably adds to its character
- The front badge bar is a delight and indicates a well loved and enthusiast owned car
- The bodywork is in good condition with only a small area of bubbling at the base of the driver's side B-pillar
- Otherwise, the bodywork is very well maintained and the paintwork is in a similar condition
- The interior appears to be original and has held up well being in good presentable condition
- Good panel fit throughout the car particularly the doors
- Chrome in good condition with no visible deterioration
- Fitted with chrome spoke wheels with classic style tyres in good condition with smart red piping
- Beige vinyl roof appears to be original and is in good condition with clear rear window and good fit
- Matching beige tonneau cover
- E-Type factory three-spoke steering wheel with wooden rim
- Well maintained dashboard, switchgear and dials appear original and unrestored
- Brown carpets are complete and undamaged, but have some areas of discolouration
- Trunk area in matching beige finish with well maintained trim and spoked wheel removal kit supplied

Willow Green is one of the rarer colours for the 2 Series, but as the photographs show, it's a particularly attractive shade for the car and works well with the beige roof and interior. It's also factory correct, as confirmed by the Heritage certificate.
This beautiful car is very solid and extremely presentable, the bar of bumper badges indicating its interesting life and passionate long-term owner. It presents as very original and the accompanying light patina is an essential part of its charm. There are a few signs of use and age on the car, but they are minor, cosmetic and nothing to worry about. Overall, this is a very well cared for car, clearly much loved and perfect to simply enjoy.
