THE APPEAL

The term iconic is a regularly used term, especially in the automotive world, however, when talking
about the Mini the term is arguably almost insufficient. In production for over 40 years, the classic Mini
is as associated with British culture as a cup of tea and has been adored by enthusiasts all over the
world.

The Cooper branding is equally famous, used to describe Minis performance variants that were
influenced by Mini’s motorsport success. Considered one of the most collectable classic Minis due to its
low production numbers, the Cooper S is a characterful car that will provide enthusiasts and collectors
with a fulfilled ownership experience thanks to its Invigorating performance and superb handling,

Registered in 1968 this MKII example is presented exceptionally well, thanks to a high-quality restoration
carried out by Rees Brothers in 2008. In current ownership since 2019 where it has been kept in Carcoon
storage to help preserve its impressive condition, this attractive example still boasts its original shell and
engine and while a few select modifications have been added the Cooper S has been kept as close to the
factory specification as possible.
