The Appeal

If you are looking for the best of the best then you’ve found it!

Fresh from a restoration spanning 18 years it would be easier to list what has not been replaced than to list the new parts.  With a stack of parts and paint invoices totalling an eye-watering £42,000 there is nothing left to do except admire!  Barely driven since the restoration was completed, this MGC is quite likely to come away with an award anywhere it goes.

Starting with a solid MGC, the restoration commenced in 2006.  The then Owner wanted a reliable and immaculate GT to tour Europe with his wife, but time caught up and the partially completed MG was sold to an enthusiast who carried on with the same high attention to detail.  No expense was spared and the MG was finally completed earlier this year.

Various upgrades were incorporated into the build to improve the driveability; drilled disc brakes, Spax adjustable shock absorbers, oil cooler and complete stainless steel exhaust system to name but a few.  It now drives better than a new car from the factory, with a comfortable ride, good handling and plenty of power and torque from the 3 litre straight six.

You’ll not find a better one!
