- Aesthetics slightly modified
- Well-preserved interior
- Original Italian car
- An economical and usable classic
The Appeal
Paul Bracq's skilful design made the W115 and its 6-cylinder cousin, the W114, timeless. But it wasn't just the precious details such as the overlapping headlights and moderate use of chrome that made the style enduring - impeccable design and construction played their part.
We have here one of the first W115s, a 200 4-cylinder that was restored some 15 years ago. It has been gently and carefully upgraded with a contrasting grey roof and newer 'Mexican Hat' alloy wheels, two modifications that enhance its appearance. It is in very good condition both internally and externally. This offers the buyer the possibility of purchasing an elegant classic that can be used as an economical everyday vehicle or used for weekend trips.
