The Appeal
Paying homage to the exquisite 350cc Ducati Works bikes of the late ‘60s and early ‘70s, here we have a glorious bespoke built recreation.
This Ducati is built up from a wide range of period-correct competition parts including a dry clutch and lightweight Oldani magnesium front brake with twin-leading shoes. The vendor has used it on track days and various classic bike parades. They report that it runs exceedingly well and rides impeccably, boasting impressive performance that should make it a competitive machine in the right hands.
It’s a truly beautiful machine too, sculpted by engineering necessity rather than a design house. We’d agree with those who argue that this Ducati isn’t just a motorcycle - it’s art.
