The Interior

• Beige hide luxurious leather interior with contrasting Blue carpets
• Leather interior shows very little sign of any use or wear and has a nice aged patina
• Plenty of old world luxury and charm everywhere you look
• Wooden dashboard and facia in good condition but showing its age in places, with door cappings around quarter lights showing considerable wear

The Exterior

• The distinctive Astral Blue metallic paintwork is in good condition with only a few small age-related marks and blemishes and some stone chips
• Slight bubbling of paint on the doors and in a few places around the bodywork
• Wheels are very good with recent tyres fitted
• The shut lines all round are good and the doors all open and close with a reassuring solidity
• The chrome-work on the car has some pitting in places and the large distinctive grille has some nice vintage club badges
• Rear window rubber seal beginning to perish
• Clean and tidy engine bay with no obvious signs of any oil leaks or signs of major corrosion, with all hoses being well secured and all appearing supple and clean
• Lights are all in very good condition with no damage except for the rear indicator which will be replaced prior to auction
• Bumpers in nice condition with no dents or scuffs

 

The Mechanics

• 6.75 Litre V8 
• 4-speed automatic gearbox
• Gas suspension fully overhauled and renewed in 2004
• New brake pads and lines with refurbished callipers
• Brake accumulators and pump replaced in 2007
