The Appeal

Few cars are infused with nostalgia quite like the diminutive Midget.  For many modern classic car enthusiasts, it was their first taste of entertaining motoring, a lively and accessible sports car that was reliable and easy to own.

The MkII introduced some desirable home comforts - like wind-up windows - that make these early cars popular with collectors.  These cars also retained the revvy 1,098cc engine and lightweight, simple chrome bumper styling.

This example, in its original British Racing Green finish, has been well-maintained and recently serviced. It comes with a rich history, including its original RF60 logbook and a Heritage Certificate. The car has been in long-term storage for much of its life, which is no doubt why it looks to be in such fine fettle today. It was mechanically overhauled and recommissioned to running and driving condition between 2013-2017.
