The Appeal
The feel of this delightful scooter will teleport you right to the Amalfi coast, bringing you right into 1965 with its wonderful, retro-classic feel and excellent deep blue accent colours that really catch the eye. The 200cc engine will carry along two passengers quite happily, and the small luggage rack also provides the ability to stow some cargo for a journey or grocery run. Mechanically this scooter is in stunning shape.
The History and Paperwork

The current keeper acquired this lovely Lambretta in 2016. It was declared registered as manufactured in 1965, and there is paperwork showing the details as found by the British Lambretta Archive, requesting the DVLA apply an age related registration. This was granted and upon its registering with a V5 in 2015, the age related registration MCY 519C was applied. Besides the aforementioned documentation, there is a folder of paperwork with this lovely classic.

This is a stunning example of a TV200, with it being in a very clean but original condition. Clearly this scooter has been lovingly maintained and cared for, with the folder of documents evidencing this. It has a very very subtle patina, which just hints at its age while still retaining the excellent shape this machine is in, all the brightwork is very well kept, the badging a delight, and the rear chrome mini-luggage rack and spare wheel holder just completes the charm and usability of this scooter.
It also has a colour matched spare wheel cover with “1965 TV200” graphics, and the lovely Aquila Continental 2 place saddle is excellent condition, with no bad marks or tears visible. The original wheel and brakes are all in fantastic condition and are wrapped in Schwalbe Weatherman tyres. The original speedometer has been replaced with a very tasteful and subtle SIP Speedometer cluster.
This SIP speedometer unit features an analogue speedometer in the top for that classic feel, with a digital display in the lower portion for displaying milage, temperature, time, and also digital speed readout. Please take your time to peruse all of the images to really capture the feel of this brilliant machine.

This scooter is in fantastic condition mechanically, with obvious signs of careful maintenance and care. It is exceptionally clean. The carburettor is in perfect shape, with the adjustment screw heads in perfect condition and clean, even seals around all carburettor gaskets and no signs of body over-tightening.
It also has an Augusto 7000 auto ignition advance/retard unit, which is a highly sought-after upgrade for these scooters. It is very hard to fault the condition mechanically, even the exhaust is clean and showing no signs of escaping gasses around the seams or joints. The battery is in good shape, and the wiring is clean and well maintained. All shock absorbers are clean and show no signs of any leaks, and the tyres have lots of tread on them. Overall, mechanically exceptional.
The Vendor reports that the SIPP speedo is temperamental at times (only on the accuracy of the actual speed) the Vendor dose have an analogue one that will be provide to the new owner.
