The Attractions
Distinguished by its simple and essential name, the 1500 is Fiat's 1960s saloon par excellence: a four-door that at first glance appears rather conventional, but on closer inspection reveals numerous interesting and original styling details.
This 1965 1500 appears very well preserved, and gives us the opportunity to appreciate the many avant-garde solutions that characterise it, such as the roof projecting towards the rear and the hint of fins on the rear lights. Finished in a sober white colour scheme with a contrasting burgundy vinyl interior, it is in excellent condition and shows only slight traces of its almost sixty years of age.
This 1500 is in equally good condition mechanically as well, thanks to the significant attention recently received by the seller and a thorough and comprehensive service. It is offered for sale with an MOT valid until March 2026, which further confirms its excellent condition.
These cars were highly appreciated at the time for their handling, comfort and performance, and this splendid example gives us the opportunity to rediscover these qualities.
