Highlights
- Lesser-spotted Manual Overdrive 3.8L with original Moss Gearbox
- Matching numbers car with original registration
- In need of some minor restorative work
- Highly original throughout
The Appeal
Built between 1959 and 1967, the Jaguar Mk2 is unequivocally an icon. Everything with the MK2 was a masterstroke - from its luxurious interior and disciplined bodywork to that legendary XK6 engine, they’ve gone down as true gold-star component of the legendary Coventry brand.
This rock-solid example requires only a spot of restoration to become a truly spectacular classic. It’s matching numbers, still has its original restoration, and is still carrying the Moss gearbox. What a prospect!

- However the car is starting ‘on the button’ with no issues
- Ultimately it’s a good, solid example of a much-loved British classic
