The plus

The 'Big Healey' was such a success that its elegant silhouette has practically become a symbol of the classics of the 60s. The MkIIA added even more comfort and convenience to an already attractive package, including manual windows and an improved gearbox.

This car began its life in the United States before arriving in France several years ago. It benefited from a full restoration in 2019 and now sports the famous light blue and cream colour combination. The blue leather interior has also been fully restored. Careful details such as the chrome spoked wheels, classic Vredestein tyres and improvements to the brakes and cooling add to its appeal. Enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of Overdrive, which makes long journeys much more enjoyable.

The quality of this top-of-the-range restoration and the maintenance that followed are confirmed by an expert report produced in 2023, which gives a very positive assessment of the vehicle. In excellent running order, this is a superb example of the highly sought-after 3000 MkIIA.
