The Appeal
It is, without a doubt, one of the most important sports cars ever made. Developed by Ferry Porsche, the son of Volkswagen founder Ferdinand, the 356 was reportedly inspired by a Type 1 ‘Beetle’ Cabriolet with a supercharged engine fitted. The 356 was Porsche’s first model, establishing the brand as a serious sports car manufacturer, honing the air-cooled, rear-engined concept as a blueprint for its next car - the 911.
We’re delighted to offer this highly usable example of a 1963 356 B Coupé. As the photographs show, this is a highly usable example in good condition following an older restoration. It now sports a healthy patina throughout and the vendor informs us it’s in good running, driving order.
Recently imported to Spain with all EU taxes paid, it’s now up to the next owner to register this 356 in their country of choice.
