The Appeal
Quirky, eccentric and utterly unique, the Mini was the brainchild of BMC's golden boy - Alec Issigonis, who had created the Morris Minor before it. With its perky little A-Series engine, lightweight body shell and tight-handling compact wheelbase, the Mini's distinctive character meant that it kept on soldiering on the market all the way up until 2001. In the process, it became one of the most iconic cars in history.
This particular early example has been revitalised with a comprehensive restoration and mechanical overhaul - with a certain sporting aura throughout. From its Speedwell Blue livery and upgraded engine to its Cobra-style bucket seats, it's a fabulous tribute to the little motor that could's sporting history as it is a highly usable, potent little classic.
Whether you're a seasoned user of the Mini, or fancy getting your hands on one for the first time, we're sure this will prove a very exciting prospect.
