There can be few British cars that are as iconic as the Mini. Revolutionary when it was launched and still as stylish over sixty years later the Mini has become a legendary car forever associated with British culture.
This early Mini-Minor looks particularly good finished in Cherry Red and when matched with the gorgeous red and grey interior it’s easy to see why these are such popular classics. The interior of the Mini is one almost everyone in Britain will be familiar with and this one is as good as they come. The iconic car’s basic interior makes for a thoroughly enjoyable driving experience with the absolute minimum of distractions between driver and car. The red carpeting is in excellent condition throughout and the red and grey seats show no signs of wear. The dashboard with the single dial is in the same excellent condition as is the headlining - it’s hard to overstate just how good the interior of this Mini is.

This Mini-Minor looks fantastic finished in Cherry Red. The classic styling, red paintwork and superb brightwork make for a car that everyone can appreciate - a fine example of a true British icon. The car has evidently had a recent full body respray and the paintwork is in superb condition throughout. In amongst the paperwork are invoices for many new body parts including the chrome bumpers, which along with the rest of the brightwork and trim, are in excellent condition. This car presents excellently on the outside, looking like it rolled out of the factory a week ago, it’s ready to show or to enjoy on the road.
The Mechanics

As with all other aspects of this car the mechanics present superbly. Extensively restored in 2017 by a previous owner the engine bay and underside both look to be in fantastic condition with little visible to give any sign of the age of the car.
The engine bay itself is in very good condition with the traditional green finish and all of the ancillary components visible in the engine bay appear to be in very good condition. The current owner informs us that the car drives exactly as it should, accelerating well, shifting easily and stopping in a straight line.

The Mini is one of the great British success stories of the motoring world, an iconic car in every respect they make for superb driveable classics, or a fantastic addition to any collection.
