The Austin Healey came of age in 1959, when a 3.0-litre in-line six-cylinder engine was added to the range. Marketed as the 3000, the BT7 'Big Healey' could reach speeds in excess of 185 km/h - a huge success on the racetrack and very popular with enthusiast drivers of the day.

This 1959 Mk1 has undergone a complete restoration, with over €60,000 invested to bring it back to its former glory. The interior has been meticulously redone by a leading specialist, making it look as good as new, while fresh recent paint enhances its aesthetic appeal.
