1958 Fiat Multipla Series 1

Highlights

  • Very rare RHD Series 1 Multipla
  • Restored by well regarded Italian marque specialists
  • Lived most of its life in dry, sunny southern Italy
  • Only 1,000 kilometres driven since refurbishment
  • Pretty and factory standard car

The Appeal

Even when you can see how they did it, you may still wonder how they did it. That is, fit six people, in comfort, in the confines of a footprint just 50cm longer than a Mini.
However they achieved it, achieve it they did, creating one of motoring’s quirkiest and most practical classics. Most of the 250,000 built were LHD home market cars. Just a handful, believed around 100, were RHD examples like this one. The new owner will be in illustrious company - New Zealand band Crowded House and none other than John Lennon owned RHD Multiplas.
Tastefully finished in green and white, it is in very good condition. That is thanks to a life spent in dry southern Italy prior to an older restoration there by marque specialists. It has covered just 1,000kms since completion.
Rare and restored to a high standard, this is one for the discerning collector.
