If you're passionate about classic motorbike racing, you'll no doubt be familiar with the AJS 7R. This highly-optimised racing motorbike scored a string of victories throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, for both official teams and privateers, earning it the nickname 'Boy Racer'.

We are delighted to offer for sale one of these legendary machines: a 1957 AJS 7R 350cc. This example is particularly authentic, and the seller points out the presence of rare factory-original features such as the 'jam pot' shock absorbers and the front brake heat sink.

Having been exposed in recent years, the oil has been changed and the battery removed. However, the mechanics have been overhauled prior to this, so after a restart, this bike should be ready to ride and be enjoyed.
