The Appeal
A pioneer in the use of front-wheel drive, rack-and-pinion steering, monocoque construction and independent suspension, the Citroën Traction Avant was quite simply revolutionary. For obvious reasons, these cars are immensely sought after among collectors and are also considered to be among the most practical classic cars of their time.
Offered in a fantastic state of preservation, this late model four cylinder Traction Avant 11BL is in immaculate condition and is reported to be in very good driving order. Free from MOT and ready to be enjoyed by its future owner, this Citroën would make a fantastic addition to any collection.

- The paintwork and interior have a delightful patina
- No noticeable wear, corrosion or signs of accident damage to the monocoque hull
- Chrome trim, headlights and glass are all in very good condition for their age
- OEM wheels fitted with chrome hubcaps and Michelin tyres
- Seats are in very good condition, with minimal wear
- Some stains are visible on the carpets but they are still more than usable
- The headliner appears to be in good condition for its age
- Auxiliary oil pressure and water temperature gauges are discreetly mounted under the dashboard
