Highlight
- One of the first Lamborghini DL 30 tractors produced
- Believed to be one of only 94 with MWM engine
- Not restored but lightly maintained in preparation for sale
- Recently overhauled engine
- An original and significant early Lamborghini tractor
The Appeal
The DL30 was part of a growing range of tractors that took Lamborghini to the top of the burgeoning Italian agricultural machinery market. Perfectly suited for use even by small farms in the most inaccessible areas, they became a pillar of the rural economy.
Despite the hard work they went through, some examples have come down to us. But probably none have the same characteristics as this vehicle. This tractor has not been restored and has a fascinating appearance, marked by time. It is also one of the very first DL30s, with the German MWM 2.4-litre diesel engine. The seller estimates that only 94 were built.
It has been lightly refreshed recently, having been stored for 40 years indoors in a dry environment. It has been started and the brakes have been released, but the buyer may decide to check it and carry out further work.
It is a rare find and could be fully restored or admired as is.
