The Appeal
The T100 Tiger was another design by Triumph’s famed engineer Edward Turner and is a highlight of his illustrious cannon of work. Conceived as a more sporting bike to exploit the capabilities of Turner’s new parallel twin engine, the Tiger lived up to its name on road and track.
It was also made famous by Bob Dylan, who notably crashed his Tiger in 1966. But the bike didn’t need star power to put it in the pantheon of great British bikes – its great design and performance saw to that.
This lovely 1948 example is an older restoration that has recently been part of the Ace Classics collection. Verified as a Correct numbers bike by the Triumph Owners Club it is in very good condition and ready to enjoy.
