Petrol pumps
If you love classic vehicles even half as much as we do, it's hard not to be seduced by the appeal of a retro petrol station. Classic car-related items are more in demand than ever, and this pair of Shell pumps from Tokheim could make a simply magnificent addition to any garage.
Resplendent in the iconic Shell livery still used in service stations today, these pumps are 1950s in style. One is labelled 'Regular' while the other would probably have dispensed high-octane petrol back in the day.
The best thing about this set is that they are mounted on a rear pedestal, exactly as you would find them outside a vintage garage or petrol station, complete with a lamp post for extra illumination! The pumps still light up, as shown by the seller, and can be plugged into a two-pin European socket using the cable supplied.

Condition
These pumps shine in their freshly painted Shell livery, and the panels look remarkably straight, with no noticeable signs of corrosion or dents. Both light globes appear to be free from cracks, and there are no known issues according to the information provided. As shown by the seller, the lights work as intended.
Both pumps are complete with viewing windows for the flow meters, one set to 0 while the other displays values, as if it were currently in use. Both fuel hoses and filler nozzles are in excellent condition, as are the base and red lamp post. Both pumps apparently have original Tokheim serial number plates, one heavily faded, although the engraved/stamped numbers are still visible.
