The Appeal
In 1938, a recession hit the USA, and Ford - unable to justify large investments - opted to continue their 1937 product range with little modification. While that was against many market expectations, it couldn't be denied that the V8-powered Fordor was already quite a fabulous car. That stylish silhouette, the characterful nose, and its comfortable cabin are, today, quite the desirable setup.
This South African example carries a very desirable Almond Beige livery with a tan leather cabin. It's still carrying its original Flathead V8 and looks to be quite a time capsule. We understand it's been recently serviced, has new tyres, and is ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
