I am my selling my SAAB Convertible after 17 years.
The car was a demonstrator for 6 months. It is the 1993 model year - the last of the classic 900 convertibles.(The true SAABs)
The car has driven 83, 000 miles, and has an MOT until July.
It is in good condition for its age but does need some TLC. There is no rust (that I know of) but the paintwork needs attention with the some scratches but no dents. Wheel arch mouldings need repainting as do bumpers in part.
The roof is serviceable but the car would look better if it were replaced.
The air-con no longer works because of the gas change- this can be addressed, not too expensively, but some expert help would be needed.
Headlamp wipers do not work but (I believe) could be made to.
Electric seats fully functioning but missing switch cover on passenger side.
In spite of the above the car still looks good and drives extremely well.
