The Appeal
Developed from the S-Type, the Jaguar 420 and Daimler Sovereign offered several styling and mechanical enhancements. Replaced by the XJ6 in late 1968, it was to be the final evolution of the design which had begin with the Mk2 back in 1959.
We're delighted to offer this beautifully restored and very tasteful 1968 Daimler Sovereign, which is currently located in the Netherlands. It's a right-hand drive example which looks to have started life in the UK and it's accompanied by a substantial collection of paperwork.
The vendor reports that it's in very good running order and ready to be enjoyed by it's next custodian. Finished in the most fabulous colour combination of dark green over a matching green interior, it's one of the most beautiful examples of this lesser-seen model we've come accross.
